Two-room apartment for 2/4 people in the heart of Vallebuia, a short distance from the beach of Seccheto, the granite beach of the Costa del Sole

We offer our guests a two-room apartment in the rustic heart of the island, ideal for those who want to relax away from the chaos of inhabited centers, immersed in the nature of the wonderful Costa del Sole, from where to leave for numerous trekking or mountain bike excursions.
This stretch of coast offers the most beautiful beaches on the island, for lovers of gently sloping seabeds and golden sand. Seccheto with its 130 meters in length is one of the most beautiful golden sandy beaches on the island, with a gently sloping seabed and surrounded by splendid cliffs, it is only 1.5 km from the apartment. Cavoli remains only at 2.5 km and Fetovaia at 4 km.

Two-room apartment - 2/4 beds (maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + children)
The apartment, located on the first floor of a small building, has a living room with a two-seater sofa, TV and kitchenette (equipped with 4 gas burners, fridge with small freezer, oven and microwave); a bedroom with double bed; a bathroom with shower. The furniture is new, modern and comfortable. Outside, a small balcony overlooking the Seccheto valley. Car park nearby.

Important Notes:
- rental for up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years old
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
