Conveniently located in the car-free zone, on the third and last floor (no lift provided) of a block of flats in Via Marconi, Lungomare is an apartment-building composed by two two-roomed apts (45 sq. m.), recently refurbished to a very good standard and with pitched roof. Each flat has a vaulted ceiling with wooden beams and fine finishes.. Everything you’ll need is within walking distance and the beach is just a stroll away! 

New apartments of about 45 square meters obtained from a very recent and excellent restoration on the third and last floor in the pedestrian area closest to the beach. A picturesque village overlooking the sea, surrounded by a beautiful golden sandy beach, loved by those looking for services, fun, relaxation and a crystal clear sea!

"Lungomare" are two attic apartments with exposed wooden beams, they are located in a particularly happy position that allows you to exit the door and find yourself simultaneously in the center of Marina di Campo and on the beach. The building where the apartments are located has no elevator.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people or couples under the age of 22 are not allowed
- the rental must be for a maximum of 3 adults accompanied by 1 child
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
