If you are looking for a large and spacious apartment for a family holiday this is definitely the solution for you. The apartment is very comfortable, located in the center of the town in Marina di Campo, it is only 100 meters from the largest white sand beach on the island of Elba, if that were not enough, just 20 meters from the property there is a pine forest equipped with games for children. 

The location is one of the best in the country, as it is slightly away from the chaotic and very lively centre, in one of the main roads leading to the beach. The Residence is an intimate place, surrounded by greenery, where tranquility, security and peace reign.

Five-room apartment sleeps 6/8 
The apartment can be reached by climbing 2 flights of stairs; it has two bathrooms, three bedrooms, two of which are double, one with 2 single beds, a living room with dining table and a separate kitchen. The bathroom inside the master bedroom is equipped with a shower, while the main bathroom is equipped with a bathtub; they have both been recently renovated, as has the furniture in the living room with a matrimonial sofa bed and master bedroom recently changed. It offers a large external balcony which is accessed from the living room, and a private terrace overlooking the main bedroom; it is impossible to give up the private parking, which remains inside the property closed by a gate. Comfortable 3rd extra bed that can be opened if someone wants to let a child sleep in the room.

Important Notes:
- no groups of young people under 21 years old
- rental for up to 6 adults + cot for a child under 8 years old
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
