We are in Pila, a small village sought after for its almost equidistant position between Marina di Campo (2.5 km) and Procchio (3 km), also convenient for reaching the various locations of the Costa del Sole (Cavoli, Seccheto and Fetovaia at 8/9 km). Although it is not a large location, it is a point of interest for those seeking a quieter and more authentic experience, away from the chaos of the more crowded tourist areas. The hamlet is surrounded by nature, with panoramic views of the hills and the sea. The center of Campo is known for its splendid golden sandy beach, crystal clear waters and the lively atmosphere full of services that it offers. It is well connected by a cycle path.

Our cottage is semi-detached, accessed from a raised ground floor up to the first floor, for a surface area of ​​about 70 square meters. It consists of a large living room with double sofa bed, fireplace and dining area. An arch leads to the large well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one double and one single. There are two terraces, one with access from the living room and a smaller one serving the single bedroom. Bathroom with shower and bidet, closet with washing machine.

Important Notes:
- a wooden staircase leads to the attic area which will not be available to guests
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- the fireplace cannot be used
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
