These apartments in Cascina are a farmhouse dating back to the mid-1800s, restored preserving the original features. The property offers three real estate units, one of which is owner-occupied, all on two floors, with a view of the sea. Located near the village of "la Pila", in the open countryside, about 2 km, both from Procchio (north coast) and from Marina di Campo (south coast) in an area equidistant from the two of the most beautiful beaches on the island .

Two-room apartment composed of: a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed on the ground floor; double bedroom with small terrace and bathroom with shower upstairs. At the entrance there is a large private outdoor area, with a table for 6 people, an umbrella and two deck chairs.

Three-room apartment 6 beds
The apartment consists of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower upstairs. We also offer an outdoor area equipped for eating and relaxing

Important notes:
- Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- The rental of the apartments must take place for a maximum of 6 people in the three-room apartment and 4 in the two-room apartment.
- Pets are allowed on request with a supplement of 30 €
- Deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested when booking); not bookable on site
- check-in at our offices from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m., an additional fee of €50.00 must be paid
