We offer our customers two particular and modern two-room apartments with 4/6 beds inside the Dunelba Condominium immersed in a pine park, 170 m from the most renowned sandy seafront on the island, the beach of Marina di Campo

The beach of Marina di Campo is located on the island of Elba, in Tuscany, and is one of the most well-known and appreciated on the island. With its long stretch of golden sand and crystal clear waters, it is ideal for those looking for a relaxing day at the beach, but also for lovers of water sports such as windsurfing and sailing. The area also offers a walk along the seafront, with many restaurants, cafes and shops, where you can taste typical dishes and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the place.

The structure was conceived and designed by the famous architect Emilio Isotta, in a cool position immersed in a wonderful pine forest, in a flat position and very close to the sea. The complex has a large fenced communal garden, where children can freely play in complete safety, and a reserved and covered unattended parking service, a necessary service given the position of the apartments and the difficulty in parking in high season.

The apartments are two two-room apartments, both offer a maximum of 6 beds, and are very similar to each other except for the difference in the arrangement of the beds. Both have two entrances on two opposite sides, and were designed to ensure that each apartment had its own private corner. On the back side they have a corner equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.

Bilo N° 10 - 4/6 beds
It offers a double bedroom with window, separated by a wardrobe from a room with a bunk bed. Central kitchen to the accommodation, modern and recently renovated. Bathroom with shower and window, very comfortable built-in wardrobe, and living area with double sofa bed and large windows that look out.

Bilo N° 1 - 3/6 beds
It offers a double bedroom with window, separated by a wardrobe from a room with a single bed. Central kitchen to the accommodation, modern and recently renovated. Bathroom with shower and bidet, very comfortable built-in wardrobe, and living area with three single beds and large windows that look out.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
- bed linen and towels: € 20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
