Semi-detached small villa located in the village of Pomonte, a very quiet location, popular mainly for its proximity to two of the most famous beaches on the island, Fetovaia and Cavoli, but also for the fascinating wreck of the Elviscot, the cargo sunk in 1972 and run aground today on the seabed a few meters from Pomonte beach.
This Semi-detached small villa is composed of a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, double bedroom with third bed, bathroom with shower, mezzanine with a single bed and a half, outdoor area equipped with barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water.

For travelers with pets, we point out that the property is fenced, but the gate at the entrance has a height of 1 meter.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (aimed at groups of guys - family welcome)
- check-in in our Office from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- only small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
