An idyllic setting, in a private and exclusive location 150 meters from the beach, with ample space to eat and rest outdoors that will guarantee you a holiday in absolute peace and tranquility. We are in Straccoligno, a 230-meter sandy beach surrounded by unspoiled nature and characterized by crystal clear waters, normally less crowded than the others in the area and therefore perfect for those who love calm and an interesting starting point for snorkeling or underwater fishing (famous for the wonderful birth of the Turtles on the beach).
Each apartment has its own private outdoor area, to be enjoyed in common with the other guests as an icing on the cake, a large panoramic terrace with sun loungers, tables and the view of the sea in the background.
The property carries out the cleaning procedure with extreme care and attention, for example the dishes and shower curtains are sanitized at each change.
For a perfect sleep the property has equipped each apartment with memory foam mattresses and the water system is equipped with a water softener.

Our two-room apartment consists of a living room with a single sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with a window with sink and shower curtain. A large private outdoor area, solarium and large private covered veranda are available to our guests.

Two-room apartment 2 - 2/4 beds
Is on the ground floor and on a single floor. Our two-room apartment consists of a living room with two single armchairs and a well-equipped kitchenette, a romantic double bedroom with a four-poster bed, a large bathroom with a window with sink, shower curtain and bidet. A large private outdoor area, solarium and large private covered veranda are available to our guests.

Two-room apartment 3 - 2/4 beds (possibility of adding a 5th bed with ottoman bed for free)

Our two-room apartment on the sea side consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with a window with sink, shower curtain and bidet. At our guests' disposal a large private outdoor area, solarium and large private covered veranda divided from the adjacent apartment 4 with separè.

Important information:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not allowed
- Animals are not allowed

- air conditioning for a fee on site, 12 euros per day
- rental of 2 sun loungers of the structure + umbrella euro 90 per week (to be paid locally to the property)
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros to be paid by credit card, if payment is made in cash, the deposit cannot be returned before 3.00 pm on the day of departure; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site. Possibility of splitting it with bed linen 10 euros per person; bathroom linen 10 euros per person.
