Important notes:
- The rental of the apartment must take place for a maximum of 2 adults + 1 child up to 10 years old
- No pets  are allowed
- Deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
