The cottage is spread over two levels, connected by an internal staircase, ensuring privacy and comfort for either a family or two couples. On the upper floor, with exposed beams, there is a second kitchen, a double bedroom, and a second bathroom with a shower.

Important Notes:

- Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed.
 Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:30, and check-out is by 09:00. For check-ins after 20:00, there is an additional charge of €50.00.
 Pets are allowed only if small/medium-sized, with an additional cleaning fee of €30.00.
- A security deposit (mandatory) of €200.00 is required, refundable at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 15:00).
- Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not available for on-site booking.
- Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed (family welcome)
