Perched on a hill, it offers its inhabitants and tourists who choose to stay in this ancient village, peace and tranquility far from the chaos of the city. 
An ideal destination for lovers of trekking and outdoor activities, from here there are numerous paths that branch out to the rest of the island, with panoramic points and wonderful pristine coves to discover. Like numerous routes, there are pristine beauties waiting to be discovered for bike or e-bike lovers.

Bright and spacious 85sqm open space distributed on two levels. It is accessed from the spacious living room with comfortable double sofa bed and TV, from where you can access the panoramic terrace. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower stall and washing machine. The spacious eat-in kitchen, equipped with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven and dishwasher allow access to an exclusive courtyard, equipped for eating outside and shaded by an awning. 
From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which is completely open-plan and sea-view, with a double bed, a one-and-a-half-size sofa bed and a second bathroom. 
The apartment is free on three sides and enjoys a large sea-view terrace; it has no air conditioning but is always cool and airy thanks to the house's exposure on two sides. 
Available is a reserved parking space about 50 mt from the house but with the possibility of temporary parking in front of the apartment for loading / unloading.

- deposit (mandatory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
