Small and well-kept apartment, with two habitable verandas overlooking the sea, a jewel immersed in unspoilt nature on the Nisportino side

From the name you can understand what the strong point of the structure is. From here, you can admire the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the island, an enchanted place, where time seems to stand still, where you can experience authentic Elba, immersed in the nature of the Mediterranean maquis, in a context full of privacy and silence . The Nisportino locality, inserted in the Tuscan Archipelago Park, is located along the north-eastern coast of the Island of Elba, facing west, about 5 km from Rio nell'Elba and 7 km from Rio Marina.
On the completely free sandy and pebble beach, canoes can be rented to visit other neighboring beaches, reachable only by sea, as well as umbrellas, deck chairs, etc. The locality is served by a Bar/Restaurant, and there is free parking near the beach.

Casa Alba, 28 m2 + uncovered areas, has two furnished and habitable verandas and has exclusive access from a gate that leads into a covered cloister with furniture and sea view; it is made up of a living room with kitchenette, dining table and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bidet.
The living room leads to another covered veranda furnished with table, dining chairs, armchairs, TV, from which it is possible to enjoy the view and the tranquility of the Mediterranean scrub, the sea and its enchanting sunsets.

Important Notes:
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- groups or couples of young people under 21 years of age are not permitted
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
