The property is located in a panoramic and quiet seaside location, surrounded by the green and blue of the sea it overlooks, on the eastern side of the island. 

A few steps from the fantastic beach of Cala Seregola and from other beaches such as Capo Pero and Ripa Bianca, ideal for those looking for relaxation. The town owes its name to the famous seabed rich in minerals, it was one of the embarkation sites for iron extracted from the Rio Albano mine, the architectural remains on the right of the beach remain. It is never too crowded and offers a large free parking lot, it is about 200 meters long, equipped with a small kiosk / restaurant open non-stop.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
