This residence consisting of 4 apartments is located near the sea, 60 meters from the beach of the same name, in the municipality of Rio Marina, a magical place from which to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The resort is never too crowded and offers all the services to spend a holiday of comfort and relaxation. Pretty and intimate fishing village, one of the main towns on the island. This marvelous modern structure offers an exclusive location, 3 out of 4 apartments have a sea view.

At 50 meters from the Sasso beach, within 5 km you can reach other places such as Capo Pero, Cala Seregola, Ripa Bianca or Topinetti.

APARTMENT N. 3 - LEVANTE - 5 Beds 
Duplex apartment with sea view, terrace overlooking the sea, equipped kitchen, n. 1 foldaway double bed in the living area, n. 1 double bed on the mezzanine, n. 1 single bed on the mezzanine.

APARTMENT N. 4  - SCIROCCO - 4 Beds
apartment without sea view, equipped kitchen, n. 1 sofa bed for 1 and a half square in the living area, n. 1 double bed on the mezzanine, n. 1 single bed on the mezzanine, the mezzanine has a velux ceiling window.

APARTMENT N. 5 - MAESTRALE - 3 Beds
Attic apartment, small living area with equipped kitchen, n. 2 single beds and a half, n. 1 with velux ceiling window with sea view.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- air conditioning for a fee of 10 euros per day, on request to be paid locally
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

the property offers a paid parking space (only one for all 4 apartments) to be reserved in advance, subject to availability, at a cost of 10 euros per day to be paid directly on site.
