The apartment, a bright three-room apartment with sea view, is located in the village of Rio Marina, in the heart of the north-east side of the island, a perfect combination of sea and mountains, ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace and tranquility typical of the village.
From here you can easily reach some of the most beautiful paths of the island, surrounded by greenery and also suitable for families with children. The beach, which is a few minutes walk from the apartment, is that of Rio Marina. Nearby is also the popular beach of Topinetti composed of gravel and black sand, wild and uncontaminated, characteristics that represent the entire eastern side.
To liven up your evenings will be the small village always lively in the summer, full of excellent restaurants serving fresh fish and small places with a sea view. The historical charm of this village, with its church, the Clock Tower and the Forte di Giove will make your stay special. Don't miss the Mining Park with its mines. From the parking lot the accommodation can be reached via several steps (it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties).

Bright three-room apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child. 
Entrance is on the bright and spacious living room with exposed beams that evoke a charming atmosphere, along with the wonderful view of the sea and the charming village of Rio Marina. In the living room is the dining area with table and chairs, single sofa bed. The separate kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, oven and electric oven. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 an extra charge of € 50.00 must be paid

- deposit (compulsory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
