Lovely two-room apartment with a splendid terrace with a lateral sea view, in a unique location within the Residence with use of swimming pools (fresh and salt water), tennis and volleyball courts and beach for the exclusive use of residents  

Capo d’Arco is an exclusive private residential community covering over 100 hectares within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, located in the Municipality of Rio on the island of Elba. With approximately 200 units, access is restricted to residents and their guests, controlled by a private security service. Guests can enjoy a wide range of amenities, including beach equipment, saltwater and freshwater pools, tennis courts, soccer fields, beach volleyball courts, bars, restaurants, and a mini-market. There are also several nature trails for walking, biking, or motorbiking, both within the community and in the surrounding areas. Our two-room apartment is part of the "Agrumeto" cottages and is located just 250 meters from the pools and the sea.

Two-Room Apartment 2+2 Beds (maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children)
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor and consists of a hallway leading to the living area, which features a queen-size sofa bed, TV, and a kitchenette with induction cooktops. From this area, you can access a large, furnished terrace with views of the garden and the distant sea. 

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
​- check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- smoking is prohibited in all our facilities
- deposit (mandatory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
- bed linen and towels: € 20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
