We offer our customers two apartments on the seafront of Cavo, a fraction of Rio Marina, a very popular village in the summer, also characterized by a port for liners.

Two-room apartment Sole 2/4 people
Located on the first floor in a building without a lift, it consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a mezzanine with two single beds that cannot be joined together, a bathroom with shower. In the apartment there are ceiling fans and a fan.

Two-room apartment Luna 2/4 people
The Luna two-room apartment is located on the first floor of a small building without a lift and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed with mezzanine with two single beds (cannot be joined), bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans and a fan.

- From the Cavo beach: 150 meters - From Ortano beach: 12 km - From Bagnaia beach: 19 km - From Lido di Capoliveri beach: 24 km

Important Notes:
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
