The apartment is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, an ancient city and capital of the island, which offers walks in settings with a historic charm among its mighty walls from the Medici era. In addition to the many historical points, Portoferraio offers some of the most beautiful beaches of the island: from its white pebble coves and the unmistakable turquoise waters, to the splendid sandy beaches that seem to take us into a Caribbean setting with the sirocco.

The apartment is located on the second floor of one of the historic buildings in the center, and overlooks the internal streets. It consists of a large living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower. The house does not have a private parking space, but there are public parking lots in the immediate vicinity.

Important notes:
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our Agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 30.00 must be paid
- air conditioning with a fee € 10 per day, on request
