We offer our guests two adjacent two-room apartments on the first floor, completely renovated, overlooking one of the main squares in the historic part of Portoferraio

Very central location, close to the tourist promenade where sailboats and yachts are anchored, convenient to all services: pubs, lounge bars, restaurants, pizzerias and the fantastic and typical shops along the Darsena. The capital of the island evokes unique sensations, you can breathe the scent of the sea, you can see unique panoramas, you can stroll in its colorful alleys and picturesque alleys, all within walking distance, admiring evidence of Ligurians, Etruscans, Greeks and Romans (remember that it is in fact one of the oldest municipalities on the island). As for the sea, you can reach the Viste beach in 500 meters, a place where time seems to have stopped, or the Ghiaie beach in less than 1 km, a splendid inlet of white pebbles that will take you to a Caribbean environment. Within walking distance of the harbour, idyllic location for travelers on foot.

Both one bed-room apartments have a living room with double sofa bed and a modern kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and finally a lovely bathroom with shower cubicle. They are located on the first floor of a small building, which makes them comfortable and bright at the same time.

Important Notes:
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- air conditioning on request, for a fee, €5 per day
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
