Apartment located on the 4th and last floor of a building. The structure consists of a large double bedroom, a kitchen equipped with a fridge with freezer and oven, a brightly lit living room with a 50-inch LCD TV and a double sofa bed. It also features a sea view balcony with spectacular views over the city and harbor.
An attic where love for your home exudes from the details. The view and the brightness of the rooms repay the effort of climbing the stairs!Distances from the beaches:
- From the beach of Ghiaie 1 km - From the beach of Padulella and Capo Bianco 900 meters - From the beach of Biodola, Scaglieri and Forno: 7.5 km
Important Notes:
- Pets allowed, only on request, with a cleaning supplement of €30.00
Deposit (mandatory): 100 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- air conditioning included only in high season, from mid-June to 10 September. In other periods there will be a supplement of 5 euros to be paid on site

Excellent structure for short stays for children and young families.
The owner picked me up at the port upon my arrival and drove me to the beautiful, new apartment with a balcony with an extraordinary view. I even carried my luggage up four flights of stairs! And he also provided me with water for the whole stay and linen for free. Exceptional, congratulations. Apartment suitable for people without mobility problems, as it is located on the fourth floor without lift and on a hill in Portoferraio. If you don't have a car you need to have good legs. However, the structure is located in a strategic position in relation to the beaches, centre, supermarket and places to eat at a good price.

Cozy, clean house, perfect for a couple and well located in Portoferraio near various services (conad) and beaches (Padulella and Capo Bianco). Equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, washer and dryer, oven, coffee maker), the house is very bright and with a very beautiful view of the port. It is close to the hospital but the ambulances turn off their sirens as soon as they enter the residential area, so it is absolutely a quiet area to spend your holidays. Carola is a very kind host and ready to respond to any need, especially to give advice on how to best visit this beautiful island. Thanks again so much for everything! We liked everything. If there had also been a dishwasher it would have been a 10! For the rest we found no defects that particularly struck us. Yes the apartment is on the 4th floor but it wasn't a problem. We never struggled to find parking either.

Fantastic Apartment!
Location, kindness of the owner, apartment with attention to every detail, spacious and functional.
We were able to park for free in the previous street, along the road. Supermarket within walking distance. Some beaches were also reachable on foot in 10/15 min.

Great location near the center of Portoferraio, a nice apartment and the owner was very kind.
as there is no lift, it is sometimes a bit tiring to get to the 4th floor on foot, however nothing special
