Strategic position for those who want to get around the island and have a convenient foothold for all services, you will also be close to the best beaches of the white rock coast (Le Ghiaie at 1 km) and Costa Verde. It is a modern urban house, renovated in 2022, it is free on three sides and offers a wonderful city view from every room on the staircase that connects the comfortable center of the main square to the upper and historic part of the town (from around mid-June around mid-September, from 19:00 the center becomes a pedestrian area, accessible only to vehicles with a pass (which can be requested from our staff).

Bright 70 sq m apartment which owes its name to its rustic but design style: the neutral and warm colors of the earth are combined with the cold shades of gray, typical of the modern and contemporary style. The terracotta floor and wooden windows evoke past atmospheres, they fit easily into essential and minimal contexts, decidedly more current. It is located on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, with a direct and private staircase for the two units on this floor. It consists of an entrance hall with a small French dressing room on the left (ideal for a maximum of 1 adult or 2 children). On the right you enter the living room with single sofa bed, dining table and small kitchen. A large and bright double bedroom. From the corridor you will access the bathroom with large walk-in shower and bidet.

- animals on request and acceptance, with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- services package (mandatory): 70 euros per apartment
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
