Within a radius of 1 km, you can reach both the particular inlet of the Views, open towards the mainland, and the Ghiaie, the jewel of the Costa Bianca of the country. We remind you that the central area in the summer becomes restricted to traffic, only in the evening.

Comfortable apartment sleeping 2 on the ground floor, exposed on two different sides, with living room and kitchen equipped with entrance from Via Guerrazzi, separate bedroom with splendid sea view over the tourist port of Portoferraio, small bathroom.

Important Notes:
- check-in in our offices, from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
