Composed of living room with equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed and large LCD TV, bathroom with shower. In common with the guests of the other apartments there is a beautiful outdoor green area equipped with sun beds and deck chairs, complete with a barbecue zone.

One-roomed apartament 2/3 beds - ideal for 2 adults + child
Composed of living room with sofa bed for one and a half and kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom. In common with the guests of the other apartments there is a beautiful outdoor green area equipped with sun beds and deck chairs, complete with a barbecue zone. This apartment directly overlooks the gardens.

One-roomed apartment 2/5 beds - ideal for a maximum of 3 adults accompanied by children
Composed of living room with equipped kitchenette, square and a half sofa bed and large LCD TV, double bedroom with possibility of pouf single bed, large LCD TV, bathroom with shower and exclusive porch equipped for outdoor dining. In common with the guests of the other apartments there is a beautiful outdoor green area equipped with sun beds and deck chairs, complete with a barbecue zone.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- camping cot on request
- heating included until 23/04
- check-in from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site

Information for key collection:
Normally the keys are delivered directly to the property by the owners or a self check-in is carried out. The deposit must be paid in advance by card or you can stop by our offices in Portoferraio. Rental bed and bathroom linen can be collected in our offices.
