Large and bright apartment sleeping 6 with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, in the historic center of Portoferraio, renovated maintaining its charm

A typical port city with its narrow streets and its glimpses of the sea, the really pretty pastel-colored houses, a suggestive center thanks to the imprint of Napoleon and the Medici before, who left vestiges there. In addition to the many historical points, including castles, palaces and churches, Portoferraio offers some of the most beautiful beaches on the island: from its white pebble coves and unmistakable turquoise waters, to the splendid sandy beaches that seem to take us in a Caribbean setting a few km. Its Darsena is the ideal place to have a coffee or eat by the sea, with a view of the gulf that opens up on the horizon and the wonderful boats that stop along its moorings. In summer, the center turns into a limited traffic area.

The 95 m2 apartment is located on the slightly raised ground floor, all arranged on one floor, free on 3 sides, in a historic building in the centre, and has been renovated while maintaining its charm. It consists of a large living area with exposed beams, 40" wall-mounted television and sofa and armchair, master double bedroom with a ceiling fresco from the 1920s (new liberty spring), second double bedroom and bedroom with 2 bunk beds.Double bathroom with shower box.The house does not have a private parking space, but there are public paid parking lots in the immediate vicinity.

Important Notes:
- the obligation to register is necessary even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to notify any guests present in the structure in advance
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not admitted
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
