Apartment on the ground floor of a completely fenced property, in a quiet and very green residential area and a few minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island and all the conveniences of the center of Portoferraio.
Casa Malva is composed of a large living room with sofa and kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with a single bed, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Simple but functional furnishings, with large spaces, as the number of beds has been reduced to ensure more comfort.

- From Biodola beach: 7 km - From Ghiaie beach 5 km - From Sansone beach: 7 km - From Lacona beach: 6 km
Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid

Feel at home, always
Feel at home, always. The kindness and hospitality of Mrs. Pasquina, the mother of the owner, Andrea, who lives upstairs, made this holiday unforgettable. CasaMalva is perfect for touring Elba: far from the hustle and bustle of Portoferraio, but close to the main roads that lead to the beaches (..and not only that, because Elba is not just beaches and the sea). CasaMalva is immersed in the silence and greenery of a well-kept garden. There are three bedrooms (two of which are double), two bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other with shower), a large living room with table and kitchen (equipped with all dishes) and a large fenced outdoor green area, where you you can wash, hang out and relax after a day spent outside (in the external area, you can conveniently park your car). We arrived on September 25th earlier than the check-in time and Andrea proved to be very helpful. Excellent cleanliness. When we return to Elba, we will definitely come back to you! A big hug to both of you
