We are located in Campitelle, a hill in the municipality of Portoferraio, in a strategic position that allows you to quickly reach Lacona, Procchio (6 km), and Marina di Campo (11 km), and is close to Napoleon’s Villa (1 km). You will also be just a few kilometers from the famous Golfo della Biodola (4/5 km), with its three stunning golden sandy beaches. The area is surrounded by typical Mediterranean scrub, perfect for hiking enthusiasts, with many nearby trails, and offers the possibility to comfortably use your own bicycles (the property is 100% bike-friendly thanks to the garage available to guests). The island’s capital is renowned for its breathtaking panoramas, its historical heritage, and the beautiful white limestone beaches it offers. Its lively promenade remains active even in the low season.

This apartment offers 5/6 beds and is located on the first floor of a typical Tuscan countryside house of about 80 m². The bright living area has a glass-enclosed veranda with an automatic awning and air conditioning, featuring a double sofa bed, another two-seater sofa, and a table with a TV. From here, you directly access the dining area, which is also air-conditioned and includes an additional sofa, a second TV, a dining area with a fireplace, and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The sleeping area consists of two rooms: one double bedroom and one triple bedroom (the double bedroom is air-conditioned, while the triple room is not, as it faces north). The bathroom is windowed and features Valentino tiles, a spacious shower, and a bidet.
Guests have access to a garage where they can park their car, ideal for those traveling by motorcycle.
To reach the entrance of the house, you follow a path that leads to the entrance terrace. To the left, a small staircase leads to a green panoramic area with views of the hills, where there is also a BBQ area for outdoor meals.

Important Notes:
- Groups or couples under 21 years of age are not allowed.
- Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and check-out by 9:00 AM; a €50 supplement is charged for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €200,00; refunded at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed and bath linens: €20,00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not available for booking on-site.
- In case of use of the external BBQ, it must be left clean after each use, otherwise we will have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit
