In a rural setting typical of the Elban countryside, we offer this portion of a house full of privacy and comfort, in an area equidistant between the wonderful beaches of the Costa Verde and those of the Costa Bianca of Portoferraio. Within a radius of 5 km you can reach the most famous beaches of the capital: from Sottobomba to Ghiaie, from Sansone to Enfola. An area immersed in the quiet of nature, a paradise for lovers of trekking and snorkeling, or crystalline beaches with a very varied appearance (from white pebbles smoothed by the sea, to sand mixed with pebbles, to small dark pebbles).

Le Lodges offers 4 beds and is arranged entirely on one floor, the ground. It is accessed from an exclusive and fenced outdoor space, where a covered corner will allow you to have a coffee in the open air (it is equipped with a small table and 2 wooden chairs). The entrance is from the living area where there is a comfortable kitchen and a sofa bed with a wall-mounted TV. A quadruple room with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Parking space inside the property.

Important notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 (apply to group of Young People)
- supplement of €30.00 for the presence of animals, small pets are allowed
- deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
