We chose the name of the apartment to pay homage to the master of Jazz Bill Evans, who with his song Blue in Green, refers to the sensations that our island arouses: from the turquoise blue of our sea to the green of our dense Mediterranean vegetation. Charming apartment located on the second and last floor of a larger building overlooking the Gulf of Portoferraio, just renovated with furnishings chosen with care and refinement. It is ideal for those who want to spend their holidays in Portoferraio, the capital of the Island of Elba, a natural inlet protected from the winds and surrounded by a tourist harbor. You will be just 450 meters from the Viste beach, which opens into the Gulf of Piombino, giving a sense of infinity. The first beach of the splendid Costa Bianca, Le Ghiaie, is 1 km away, while within a radius of 2 km you can also reach Padulella and Capo Bianco.

The strong point of this structure is its large terrace overlooking the sea, from which to enjoy unforgettable sunsets and moments of pure relaxation.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 24 years (for group of guys)
- check-in in our Agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- we remind you that the historic center of Portoferraio from mid-June to around mid-September becomes a restricted traffic zone from 7.00 pm to 8.00 am
- structure not suitable for elderly travelers or those with walking problems

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio. Travelers on foot are asked to inform our staff so that we can organize an easier key collection.
