Bright one bedroom apartment recently renovated in Albereto in Portoferraio, a few steps from the renowned Sottobomba beach, famous for its crystal clear waters and cliffs surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. With the winds from the south, the beach becomes a Caribbean landscape, turquoise water and white granite stones, a paradise for lovers of the sea, nature and snorkelling without giving up the convenience of a beach equipped with a bar. Convenient area to reach the various towns of both the Costa Verde (Prunini, Sansone, Enfola and Viticcio) and the other wonderful coves of the Costa Bianca of Portoferraio (Capo Bianco, Padulella and Le Ghiaie), on foot or by bike. Residential location but close to the main artery that connects Portoferraio to the various municipalities of the island, a very convenient position because it is far from the chaos of the city and sunny.

Charming one bedroom apartment for up to 2 adults accompanied by children (2 children if both under 10; 1 child if over 10), approximately 50 m2, located on the raised ground floor almost first floor. It consists of a dining room with a new and well-equipped kitchen and a relaxation corner with a wonderful sofa and TV, which leads to the terrace for exclusive use. Comfortable double bedroom with second television, and bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- groups or couples of guys are not admitted. Minimum age to check-in is 23 years old.
- maximum 2 adults + any children (2 children under 10; or 1 child if over 10 and up to 17 years old)
- inverter air conditioning, for a fee, 10 euros per day to be paid upon arrival (on request)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
