Upon arrival you can park in the nearby free parking lot (Gps: 42.76799512887091, 10.400610995837669) and access the apartment by pedestrian gate. 
The living area consists of a large living room with double memory sofa bed, Lcd TV and kitchenette with electric oven, gas stove and refrigerator with freezer, while the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 must be paid a supplement of € 50.00
- pets allowed only small/medium size with supplement on cleaning of € 30 to be paid on site
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (if paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
