The apartment consists of a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower. A corridor illuminated by LED lights leads to a large living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with induction hob, which thanks to its panoramic windows offers a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mola and the Promontory of Naregno. The name of the apartment is given by its incredible position, a stone's throw from the Pianotta beach and its refurbished and refined rooms. Important Notes:
- groups or couples of guys under the age of 25 are not allowed
- the rental must be for a maximum of 2 adults and children under 16 years of age
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
