The two-room Nila apartment is about 45 square metres and  is located in a street of the historic centre of the small seaside village of Porto Azzurro, on the second floor of a prestigious building completely restored.

A very peaceful area just two minutes walk from the sea and two small beaches that are located right in the village. One room with a comfortable double bed and bright windows on the roofs of the old town.

The kitchen-living room is equipped with sofa bed, induction cooker and big screen TV. Bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small / medium-sized pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
