The apartment boasts new modern-style furnishings and is located on the second floor of a recently renovated building. Inside it is divided into a large and bright parquet living room with a French sofa bed (140x190 cm) and a kitchen complete with refrigerator and dishwasher; a sleeping area with double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The furnishings were completely renovated in 2025, including the kitchen.

The icing on the cake is a special balcony, overlooking the alleys of Porto Azzurro. The location is absolutely perfect both for reaching the nearby beaches and for walking among the locals and discovering the traditions of the Elbe.

- check-in in our Agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
