Characteristic fisherman's cottage in Porto Azzurro, where you can experience certain typical features of the place, such as the characteristic alleys, the spontaneous vegetation and the suggestive Mediterranean views .  

Porto Azzurro, especially in high season, is a place very popular with tourists, who enjoy the typical places where you can relax with excellent music. One of these bars (lounge bar) is located on the lower floor of our structure, where you can enjoy special aperitifs and platters. Despite the small size of the venue, the limited number of customers and the very soft music, the guest must still take this aspect into consideration. As regards bathing, the closest beach called "La Pianotta" is about two hundred meters from the structure. There are also rocks and small coves everywhere, where you can safely stop a few centimeters from crystal clear water or other beaches within 800/900 meters of the structure. For the more "sailors" there is the possibility of renting small boats to easily reach dream beaches and coves or to be accompanied by expert local fishermen in the most suggestive places.
Near the apartment You will find 2 diving centers.

It is a small and typical fisherman's cottage, with a wooden floor (recovered from an old sailing ship) and a wooden beam ceiling with typically Tuscan terracotta bricks. A rustic environment where nothing is perfect.
There are nine steps to climb from the main road.
It is possible to park the car in a free area about 300 m away, along an uphill road or alternatively in other nearby paid car parks.

Despite the small size of around 30 m2, our apartment is well laid out, boasting a kitchen and dining table, double bed with memory foam mattress, an entrance hallway where there is a bathroom with window with a built-in shower cubicle. and bidet. Outside a folding table with wheels, complete with n .03 chairs (director type).
The outdoor space is perfectly usable by guests for having lunch or dinner outdoors.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (family welcome)
- the rental must take place for MAXIMUM 2 ADULTS + CHILD UNDER 12 years old 
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are allowed small/medium size with a fee of euro 30 on the spot 
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
