The apartment is located in Mola Bay, a quiet, nonchaotic area on the eastern side of the island, far from the exuberant chaos of the popular summer resorts of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri. The bay hosts a small wild beach of sand mixed with gaia, unknown to tourists, here you will find the peace that only a small bay can give. Characteristic is the meadow that reaches the edge of the sea.
 
In a few minutes by car you will reach Capoliveri, on the hills, or Porto Azzurro, on the sea. Both towns offer restaurants, bars, events and entertainment throughout the summer period, confirming themselves in fact among the most popular destinations from year to year. The Bay of Mola is definitely a good starting point for exploring the southeastern side of the island, which is full of wonders to discover. 

The apartment is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor is a small paved garden with wooden table and chairs and an outdoor shower, in a rich green setting. Inside we find a bedroom with sofa bed, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, microwave, blender, Bialetti coffee pod machine, small living room with TV, dining table and sofa. A glass door opens to the sea-view balcony with coffee table. Access to the loft is via a staircase that will take you to the second bedroom with a double bed with air conditioning.

- From Mola beach 200 mt - Barbarossa beach 3.3 km - Lido di Capoliveri beach 2.7 km - Aquarilli beach 5.7 km

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted
- one animal is allowed, only a small one under 15 kg, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (if paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested when booking); not bookable on the spot
- check-in at our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 an extra charge of € 50.00 must be paid

Information regarding check-in is sent to the client 48 hours before arrival, for any needs you can contact our customer service at +39 0565963006. For the selected property normally the key pickup takes place at our offices in Mola.
