Brand-new apartment with sea view, La Dolce Vita is a spacious apartment on the last floor of a brand new block located in one of the most desirable areas of Porto Azzurro, only a stroll away from the beach “La Pianotta”. La Dolce Vita allows guests to take advantage of both spectacular sea views and urban living at its doorstep with popular shops and restaurants just a short walk away! Well looked after, it is luxuriously furnished with brand new furniture and comes with an amazing sea view living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette (equipped with dishwasher), a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and last but not least a lovely small balcony overlooking the bay.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- a parking space for your apartment is included. The space is intended for two cars, it remains tight, but there are two cars safely. You can check the dimensions in the last photo of the gallery.
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
