Casa le Palme is located less than 3 km from Porto Azzurro in a quiet area, convenient for getting around the island. We are located on the north-east side of the island, an area very protected from the winds, particularly for the splendid view of sailboats that moor along the dock and the quays. It is a beach of mixed sand and gravel, it is the first Dog Beach on the island, dedicated to our 4-legged friends. The strong point of this area however remains the tranquility it offers, the natural environment that with its panoramic points is a good support for touring various beaches along this side.

Bright and on two levels, from the entrance consisting of a large window, we find the kitchen with the dining room with single sofa bed and bathroom with retractable shower box. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where we find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Balcony overlooking the garden and equipped outdoor area.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- check-in in our Agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
