The apartment is located in a panoramic position offering a spectacular view of the gulf, where in summer the landscape comes to life with sailing boats seeking shelter. Situated in the tranquil Baia di Mola (about 200 meters away), it is the perfect choice for those seeking a peaceful area while staying close to the lively towns of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri. The bay features a small, wild beach with a mix of sand and gravel, rarely frequented by tourists, making it ideal for a walk. Here, you can enjoy the serenity that only a hidden bay can offer. Just a few minutes by car, you'll find the famous "Lido di Capoliveri" beach, a long stretch of golden sand washed by crystal-clear waters.

This bright apartment, approximately 50 square meters, is located on the first floor of a residential complex of apartments and cottages nestled in a pine forest, in a quiet environment with well-maintained gardens, fresh and shaded. Recently renovated, it boasts modern and elegant furnishings.
The apartment includes a climate-controlled living area, featuring a cozy relaxation space with a sofa and TV, as well as a dining area with an equipped kitchen, complete with gas burners and a small electric oven.
There are two bedrooms: one double and one twin with a bunk bed. The bathroom, with independent access from the living room, is equipped with a washing machine, shower box, and bidet.

Outdoors, an enchanting private terrace, furnished with an external sink and garden furniture, completes the space, offering a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation.

Important Notes:
- Groups or couples of Young People under 21 years old are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €200, refundable at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed and bath linen: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking; not available for booking on-site).
- Check-in at our offices from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and check-out by 9:00 AM. For check-in after 8:00 PM, there is an additional charge of €50.00.
