If you want to fully experience the characteristic streets of the center, in a town overlooking a wonderful marina, our renovated fishermen's cottage while maintaining its historic charm is perfect and guarantees you the proximity of all services within walking distance. The small apartment is on the first floor, the property is accessed by a suggestive staircase which fully represents the characteristic and picturesque village. The windows open onto the city and its bell tower, making it bright.
One of the main tourist centers of the island, it offers services, various trekking paths, evenings enlivened by events of all kinds. The Pianotta and Rossa beaches can be reached in a few meters on foot, but there are numerous beaches that this stretch of coast offers, including Barbarossa (2 km), Reale (3 km) and Terra Nera (3.5 km). All places where time seems to have stopped, with a mineral seabed, fresh and clear water and mixed pebble sand that creates a particular shimmer.

There are 3 beds made available in this charming apartment, despite the small size, maximum privacy is guaranteed as they are arranged in two different bedrooms, one double and one single. You will also find a small living room with sofa and separate kitchen. Bathroom with shower. Furnished with style and elegance, the exposed beams evoke past atmospheres.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 23 years (aimed at couples of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
