It is set in a quiet residential area and provides a choice of accommodation options: two/three and four-roomed apartments. Outside offers a large well shaded and fenced area, accessed via a gated passage.

First floor apartment with: a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, a living room with a double sofa bed, a large dining room/kitchenette with access to a pergola-covered patio for alfresco dining and a store-room.

Three-roomed apartment: 60 sq. m; sleeping 6
Ground floor apartment with: a large living room featuring a double sofa bed with drawer storage, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower.There’s an outdoor area for dining.

Two-roomed apartment: 35 sq. m; sleeping 4
Recently refurbished ground floor apartment with: a living room featuring a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and an outdoor space.

Important Notes:
- IMPORTANT: couples/groups of guys under 25 years old are not allowed
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- deposit (mandatory): 250,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- pets not allowed
