We offer our guests two lovely two-room apartments, one with sea view and the other with garden, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful renowned golden sandy bay, both with private parking space

Fetovaia beach is one of the most beloved gems of Elba Island, known for its unparalleled beauty and often considered among the best beaches in Italy. Awarded by international travel guides and magazines, it is a true paradise for those seeking crystal clear waters, golden sand and breathtaking scenery.

Surrounded by a rocky peninsula and Mediterranean vegetation, Fetovaia is protected from the winds, creating ideal conditions for the sea to maintain a bright turquoise color. With its shallow and sandy seabed, this beach is perfect for families and those who want to relax in calm waters.

In addition to its natural beauty, Fetovaia beach is well equipped: it offers bathing establishments, bars, sunbed and umbrella rentals, and the possibility of practicing water sports. It is also easily accessible and has parking, ideal for those who want to spend a carefree holiday.

The structure consists of two two-room apartments, both with 2/4 beds. The beach is accessed from two different roads, the 207 is slightly closer, both at a distance of approximately 250 m.
Internally they both consist of a double bedroom, a kitchen/living room, a bathroom with shower.
207 offers guests two equipped terraces, a sea view facing south and a mountain view facing north. 137 in addition to a terrace, is completed by a garden with BBQ.

Important Notes:
- groups of Young People under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of € 30 (only 1 pet)
- deposit (mandatory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- in case of use of the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use, otherwise we will have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit

The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service at +39 0565963006. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at the property, or at our offices in Portoferraio. The linen, if booked in advance, must be collected at our office in Portoferraio.
