This apartment is located in a wonderful position, with the Monte Capanne massif behind it and overlooking the renowned Fetovaia beach, in Campo nell'Elba, immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub, in a hilly position overlooking the Gulf of Fetovaia.

Inside it consists of a very bright living room with a double bed, a single bed and a table equipped for eating; a small kitchen with hob equipped with gas burners, electric oven and refrigerator; a small bathroom complete with shower and washing machine. In addition to the fabulous location, the property boasts a patio equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
For guests there is also a very convenient private parking in front of the apartment and an additional private parking space just 50 meters from the beach.

Important notes:
- reserved parking space 50 meters from the Fetovaia beach (Gps coordinates of the parking lot 42.733959, 10.152990; it is located directly in front of the Barbatoja restaurant, closed and protected by a chain, next to the Enel booth)
- Renting to people with small/medium sized pets is allowed, upon request with a supplement of €30
- Deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property
- the location is ideal for a maximum of 2 adults + child
- check-in in our offices located in Portoferraio from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
