Two apartments in a villa with an equipped outdoor area for exclusive use, in the granite heart of the Costa del Sole, a short distance from Seccheto

We offer our guests a semi-detached house, divided into two apartments each with independent entrance, located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery with a beautiful sea view over the Gulf of Seccheto, about 1 km and a half from the beach and the town. The property is completely fenced and has a shared garden and parking spaces. We are in the rustic heart of the island, a few kilometers from the most beautiful and famous golden beaches of the Costa del Sole.

Two-room Ortensia (sleeps 2/4)
The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower accessible from the bedroom, equipped terrace.

Glicine three-room apartment (6/7 beds)
The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom plus 3rd bed, another double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large equipped porch.

Important Notes:
- air conditioning is an additional service, payable on request. The cost is 5 euros per day, to be paid upon delivery of the remote control.
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets of all sizes are allowed with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
