Marina di Campo is a long stretch of sand that extends for about 1.5 km, with a wide promenade where you can find restaurants, shops and ice cream parlors. The area is ideal for families, thanks to its shallow and calm water, which makes it safe for children. It is also an excellent starting point for exploring the surroundings, such as the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. It is one of the most beautiful and popular on the island of Elba, located in the municipality of Campo nell'Elba, on the southern coast of the island.
It remains on the convenient side to reach the Costa del Sole, and the path that also leads to the coves of Salandro and Galenzana (about 1.5 km of path), for lovers of wild, intimate beaches and excursions. They are perfect for those who love snorkeling, thanks to the transparency of the water and the presence of seabeds rich in marine life. Excellent place for those seeking tranquility, but it must be considered that, being a little more difficult to reach, it is not equipped with services such as sunbeds or restaurants / bars.

Two-room apartment for up to 4 people located on the ground floor of a private villa, accessed from the external gate with shared entrance, then on the side you will find a small wooden gate where you can access your exclusive use corner of the courtyard. The strong point of the accommodation is its external services: an equipped area for eating often naturally shaded, BBQ, external sink, shower and the 2 bicycles left at the disposal of guests that allow you to reach the town center comfortably (considering the flat road section). The accommodation is all on one floor, the ground, kitchen with gas burners and oven and sofa bed for 2 people with mattress. Bright double bedroom with window. Bathroom with shower and bidet.

Important notes:
- minimum age for check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of young people, family welcome)
- in case of use of the external BBQ, the same must be left clean after each use (for good neighborly rules), otherwise we would have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit
- animals not allowed
- security deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid

The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service at +39 0565963006. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our agency in Marina di Campo or Portoferraio if low season.
