It is part of a small terraced complex, which makes it a perfect accommodation for those who want to spend a comfortable holiday not too far from the sea, in a fresh and breezy position. Just outside the village and the beach of Marina di Campo, it is about 1 km from all services. This means that in less than 5 minutes by car you will find yourself on the largest and most loved sandy beach on the Island! The location allows you to enjoy your holiday in complete tranquility and relaxation, in the countryside of Campo nell'Elba, near the main artery that connects the town center to the marvelous inlets of the Costa del Sole: Fetovaia (8 km), Cavoli (4.5 km) and Seccheto (5.5 km).
Here you can change rhythms, habits, landscapes, nourish your eyes and take deep breaths of fresh, clean air.

Arranged on two levels, it is accessed from a courtyard with a private garden, closed by a gate. On the mezzanine floor you will find an equipped terrace, a large kitchen, a living room with double sofa bed and dining room, a double bedroom and a large bathroom with tub and shower. A spiral staircase will take you downstairs where you will find a double bedroom with walk-in closet and a second bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not admitted
- check-in in our offices in Marina di Campo from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros on cleaning (more than one animal on request)
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
