Casa Fiore is a two-room apartment sleeping 2/4, on the top floor of one of the oldest buildings in the town.
Along the beach there are many stretches of free beach, but also many equipped bathing establishments, with bars and restaurants overlooking the sea, for quick lunches on the beach or candlelit dinners. Some bathing establishments have very refined restaurants, others more simple.
The small port is reserved for fishermen's boats, where it is possible to find fresh fish every morning, and for boats that leave every day for mini-cruises to discover the Island of Elba and the nearby Island of Pianosa.
Marina di Campo is also the ideal town for sports/holiday enthusiasts, with numerous routes dedicated to trekking and mountain biking or water sports, taking sailing, surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing lessons or renting boats, pedal boats, kayaks, even on guided excursions; moreover, for scuba diving and snorkelling enthusiasts it is possible to organize dives in the many diving centers present in the area, carry out baptisms of the sea, but also basic and advanced courses.

The 40 m2 apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient building in the centre, in Via Roma 91, and consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bidet, and a living room with kitchenette, dining table and double sofa bed. All windows have a sea view.

Our facility is Family Friendly, with free cot and high chair available.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of young people)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small/medium-sized animals are welcome, with a supplement of €30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information for key collection:
Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our offices.
