It is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub typical of the Elban countryside, a quiet residential area where you can enjoy moments of pure relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. You are not far from the golden sandy beach of Marina di Campo, which is 1km from the property and is a flat road that you can easily cover by bike. However, to reach the very well-known city center you have to travel 2 km. Here you will find restaurants with typical local cuisine, bars, shops and evening spots: everything you need to enjoy a holiday full of sea, sun and services.

Three-room apartment of 50 m2 inside, which offers almost the same size on the two outdoor terraces (almost 40 m2), both equipped, in one of them even a brick barbecue. The sleeping area is divided into a double room and a twin room. Living room with sofa, TV and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and bidet. It is part of a small, terraced residential complex that ensures privacy and exclusivity. Bike friendly.

- Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m.; If you check in after 8 p.m., a surcharge of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- Deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; Refund at the end of the stay after inspection of the condition of the accommodation (if paid in cash, the refund will not be made before 3:00 p.m.)
- Bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested when booking); cannot be booked on site
