A newly renovated apartment with terrace and beautiful sea view, about a 7/8 minute walk from Fetovaia, the most beautiful beach of the island.  

If you have walked the beautiful coastal road leading to the beach of Fetovaia you will already know how splendid the place is, but the last 200 meters of the steep slope leading to the apartment "Cala Azzurra ' will still surprise you for the amazing views and the settings. The "Costa del Sole" has a considerable heterogeneity, beaches of fine golden sand and stony stretches, refined walks and wild reserves of which the scrubland still remains intact.

Renovated and very comfortable accommodation, everything around you notice cleanliness, order and a certain attention to detail.

The 43m² apartment is composed of a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a double and a single with a bunk bed. Completely renovated bathroom with shower. Large terrace with views of the Bay and the islands of Montecristo and Pianosa, approximately 18 m2, equipped with outdoor furniture, awning and BBQ.
Very convenient parking space and proximity to the most beautiful beach on the island which can be reached by walking 7/8 minutes (distance from the sea 300 meters, from the beach 500 meters).

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys, family welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
-  pets not allowed 
- deposit (mandatory): 200,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- optional air conditioning, for a fee, 10 euros per day on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Marina di Campo , or in case of seasonal closure in Portoferraio.
