Complex of 4 two-room apartments with outdoor space in the center of Marina di Campo, 150 meters from the beach

If you want to stay in Marina di Campo and not use the car during your stay, these apartments are ideal, their strong point is definitely the location!

The town does not need much advertising, it offers opportunities for everyone; the sandy beach where there are both free stretches and equipped establishments, is ideal for families with children and for a relaxing vacation, for young people and for those who love nightlife, it is undoubtedly the right location, with its stores, restaurants and clubs open until late at night.

Each apartment measures 30 square meters and consists of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower stall. Apartments 16 / 17 and 20 were completely renovated in spring 2024 and equipped with every comfort. 

Apartments 16 and 17 are on the ground floor with equipped outdoor space on the front and porch with garden on the back.
Apartments 20 and 21 are on the second floor and have a small equipped terrace.

- from Marina di Campo beach: 150 meters - from Cavoli beach: about 6 km - from Seccheto beach: 6.5 km - from Fetovaia beach: 10 km

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals allowed upon request with a fee of euro 30
- deposit (mandatory): € 150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
