Very comfortable almost twin two-room apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor of a small building in a side street of Via Fattori in Marina di Campo, a few hundred meters from the sea and the town's services  

Far from the noise of the very lively streets of the centre, especially in the evening, these apartments are the perfect base for those who want to enjoy a comfortable holiday without giving up tranquility and rest. They are perfect for two couples of friends perhaps accompanied by children, being the ground floor and first floor of a small building, they guarantee privacy because they both have a terrace for exclusive use equipped with garden furniture.
Marina di Campo is the most popular place to love on the island because it manages to satisfy all tastes, a Romagna style holiday but a long beach of golden sand and crystal clear water.

Internally I offer 2/4 beds per apartment and both consist of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower cubicle.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of guys, family welcome)
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
